Over the past couple of days we have received an increasing amount of inquiries as to the effects of the coronavirus on the production and delivery of our machines.
Currently, Marcelissen is still manufacturing machines and deliveries are planned according to schedule. We have a sufficient amount of raw materials and a team of dedicated employees working on your machines and carrying out maintenance work for the vital food processing sector.
As you can understand, necessary adjustments within the company have been made to ensure the wellbeing of our employees.
This means that we will work according to RIVM regulations and have drawn up a protocol containing rules for both employees and visitors. Understandably, we try our best to minimize contact with customers and with each other. Where possible, we communicate with our customer by IP telecommunication system 3CX. Furthermore, where possible, employees working in our production facility will keep a distance of 1.5 metres from each other. By implementing this protocol, we want to safeguard the wellbeing of all employees within Marcelissen.
It is still unknown to all of us how this situation will evolve in Europe and the Netherlands in the upcoming days. We hope that everyone will remain healthy and able to work. If a change should occur, we will inform you promptly. Our colleagues from the Sales Department will be there for you in case you have any questions. Contact us.
