In the production process of potatoes, beets, carrots and other tuberous vegetables, after peeling and cutting you have to deal with slivers.
Slivers are short, unsuitable pieces of fruit and vegetables. These slivers have to be sorted out of the production flow, because they influence the quality of the end product.
Use the Marcelissen Sliver Remover SR2 or the Sliver Remover for Food-Service/Catering Businesses SR2 4/1750 to remove all slivers from your end product.
The Sliver Remover with its unique sorting qualities has been used since 1979 by industry leaders in potato and chip processing, such as Aviko, Farm Frites, Cavendish, Simplot, Agristo and Cela Vita.
The Sliver Remover is also suitable for sorting other types of fresh fruit and vegetables, such as pineapples, peaches, carrots, tomatoes, mangos and beets.
