Sliver Remover – SR2

This Sliver Remover is machine is specifically designed for grading small piecess. Small slivers of potato and other root vegetables can be sorted out using this machine.

The most important advantage of the Sliver Remover is the fact that the rollers are adjustable during processing. All rollers have the same rotation direction and are provided with a swing ring. This creates a good movement and a nice overall spreading of the product which is very important for a good sorting result.

The product is transported over the rollers to the output, a process done carefully so the product isn’t damaged at all. The roller sorter is useful after the products have been cut by our Easycut 1, Slitmaster 85 or by one of our hydro cutters.

Additionally, waste is collected and can be removed underneath the machine. For spraying off sticky parts, the machine is provided with a spraying pipe over the rollers.
The grader is available in several dimensions and the adjustment can also be executed with a servo-drive.
