Transport connections (Box Tipper, bunkers and transport belts)

In the processing of natural products you have to deal with destoning & washing, cutting, peeling and sorting.

Depending on the specific process of our customers, we like to think along with you about the optimal composition of processes and machines. Our consultants make an inventory of specific wishes, needs and, based on the desired end result, Marcelissen machines are made entirely custom-made.

Transport takes place between all process machines (peeling, cutting and sorting). In some cases buffering is sufficient, in other cases there is a need for a conveyor belt or a buffer conveyor belt.

The type of transport connection required differs per customer and process. Factors such as the desired fall height are also taken into consideration. This ensures that the product passes through the production line as optimally as possible and is damaged as little as possible.

In addition, some machines need to be fed with the right quantities. We use sensors in buffer belts to ensure that the correct quantities are buffered.
