Drum Roller Peeler – SKR

This Drum Roller Peeler SKR is equipped with carborundum rollers which, together, form a drum. The machine is constructed in such a way that both the drum and the rollers rotate.

A constant product supply is immensely important to guarantee a high-quality product. In addition, a constant product supply ensures that the product moves through the drum at a low speed, ensuring that the product is peeled evenly.
A transport screw is mounted in the drum to determine the transit time. The speed of the rollers, the drum and the screw are adjustable by means of frequency converters. Both waste and used water are discharged underneath the machine.
