Engineered for efficiency

Marcelissen's Automatic Destoner has been specifically developed for the automatic removal of stones and sand from the product stream. Using the flotation principle, an upward water flow is created, which directs the products towards the feed screw. The feed screw transports the products to the desired height, while the stones, due to their higher density, sink to the bottom. The stones are then automatically removed via a conveyor belt.

By means of the ingenious double bottom system with a perforated plate, the sand slowly sinks through and is collected in an underlying chamber which ensures thorough seperation. The sand can be automatically removed using a drain valve. Small wood pieces, leaves, and other floating objects are pushed over the edge of the water tank by a paddle. If desired, this process can be combined with an automatic conveyor belt for efficient waste processing.

The machine is equipped with water level detection and electrically controlled valves for automatic filling and rinsing. Thanks to the cleaning hatches and additional maintenance doors on high feed screws, the machine has an easy-to-clean design. Optionally, the discharge chute can be made rotatable to seamlessly integrate into your production line.

Enjoy smoother and cleaner production processes with this powerful and efficient automated destoner.
