Precise and reliable sorting

The Short Piece Sorter with V-lanes -SV is designed to sort short and broken pieces of carrots and other elongated tuberous products. Featuring a frame and a vibrating deck with V-lanes, it efficiently spreads and transports products horizontally towards two sorting openings. The adjustable opening between the decks ensures precise sorting according to size requirements.

The vibrating deck enables short pieces to tip over and fall through the first opening, while longer pieces continue to the second vibrating deck for further processing. The adjustable opening from 25 to 75 mm accommodates different sorting needs, making the SV an adaptable solution for various applications.

The Short Piece Sorter with V-lanes is a reliable solution for efficiently sorting small pieces, enhancing production efficiency and product quality.
