Buffer conveyor BNTZ

This machine consists of a water buffer with a sloping conveyor with an inclined supply belt with gooseneck and is used as a buffer in a production line. The belt is made of stainless steel wire eyes and stainless steel rigidized carriers for less product adhesion. The machine is equipped with cleaning hatches on the side. The water buffer is equipped with an overflow and a drain valve.

Electronic weighing unit AE10

The weigher is a weighing unit with a dosing hopper. The dosing hopper contains a sensor that controls the feed. After the hopper, the product is divided into two different streams. One stream (3 vibrating chutes) is used for general dosing, while the other stream (1 vibrating chute) is used for fine dosing. Both streams vibrate by means of vibrating magnets.

Includes:

·Hygienic control box, developed to our highest standard. Includes emergency stop circuit and PLC system. In addition, a module for remote maintenance and support is installed.

·Hygienic control panel including emergency stop circuit and 7" HMI display where fill weight and other parameters are adjustable.
