Efficient batch peeling

The Batch Peeler SKB - is an abrasive peeler with a bottom plate that’s variable in size, from 500 up to 900 mm. A well-dosed filling is essential for optimal peeling results. Filling time, peeling time and unloading time can be adjustable with timers.

The waste including the added water is discharged underneath the machine, which contributes to improved cleanliness and operational efficiency, making it an ideal choice for large-scale peeling. The replacement of the carborundum can be done easily by changing the drum and the bottom plate, which is easily done in just a few minutes.

4 different machine types (500, 600, 800 & 900 mm) give you as a customer the possibility for different applications. The SKB 500 and SKB 600 are the most suited for peeling potatoes, beets or baby carrots that will be further processed as consumption products. The SKB 800 and SKB 900 are specifically designed for manufacturers of potato crisps, as peeling can be done more superficial, in a shorter amount of time and in larger amounts.
