The Cooling Auger - NKS is a vital component in any food processing line, designed to efficiently cool products with a capacity of up to 6,000 kg per hour. The machine features a reservoir filled with (ice) cold water maintained at approximately 1ºC, ensuring rapid and thorough cooling. Inside the reservoir, a horizontal auger efficiently moves the products through the cold water, while an inclined auger further transports the cooled products for the next processing stage. Both augers offer independently adjustable speeds, controlled via a frequency controller, allowing for precise and flexible operation tailored to different production requirements. The machine is also designed with hygiene in mind; it includes a drainage system that regulates the water level and cleaning hatches on both augers for easy maintenance. This ensures that the machine remains clean and operates efficiently, meeting the high standards required in food processing environments.
