Hygienic sophistication

The Weigher with Dosing Hopper – AE is meticulously engineered for precise and efficient product weighing, making it a vital component in any production line. This advanced weighing system features an infeed hopper equipped with a level sensor to regulate product input, ensuring smooth operation. The hopper feeds the product into two distinct vibratory conveyors: one dedicated to rough dosing and the other to fine dosing, allowing for both high accuracy and efficiency. Controlled by a sophisticated electronic weighing system and a hygienic control cabinet, the machine provides precise measurements and easy operation. The control panel, featuring a 7-inch HMI display, allows operators to adjust parameters such as fill weight effortlessly. The machine’s robust construction, including a height-adjustable support plate and stainless steel (grade 304) materials, ensures durability and hygiene. With a capacity of up to 2,000 kg per hour, the AE weigher is designed for high-volume production environments where accuracy, reliability, and efficiency are critical.
