The Slitmaster 105 is a machine developed for cutting potatoes into fries.
After the infeed, the potatoes enter a Food-Grade plastic rotor where they are carried along in longitudal direction by scoops, resulting in the longest possible cut fries.
The rotor rotates and pushes the potato through the knife roll set. First, slices are cut and then the rotating knives cut the slices into fries. The width of the fries, in other words the distance between the rotating knives, have a fixed measure. The height of the fries can be freely adjusted between 7 and 14 mm.
Due to the round shape of the rotor, slightly curved, authentic fries are produced when cutting.
To wash off the starch during production and to keep the rotor clean, fresh water has to be added.
The machine is completely manufactured in stainless steel, according to the highest safety regulations and is standard supplied with a European Type-F plug with 1,5 meter 3-wire installation cable.
