Sliver Remover SR18/1000

This Sliver Remover is used to separate excessively thin product particles and/or waste from cut and whole products. The most important advantage of this sorting machine is that the roller opening can be easily, quickly and precisely adjusted during the production process by means of a stainless steel adjustment box. The adjustment range of the roller opening is 4 - 10 mm.

All rollers have the same direction of rotation and are equipped with partial coils. This ensures a proper product distribution, which is very important when sorting.

The to be sorted product moves across the rollers in the same rotation direction of the rollers, whereby breakage is excluded.

This machine is fitted with creme (RAL 1015) rollers.
