At Marcelissen, we occasionally have machines returned to us from customers. Not because there is anything wrong with them, but because the customer has chosen to upgrade to a newer model or adjust their line setup for the same application. The great thing about this is that the customer gets an even better solution for their challenge, while we can offer these machines at an exceptionally competitive price. We are talking about well-maintained, technically sound machines that deserve a second life.

Thoroughly overhauled for an extended lifespan

Before a refurbished machine is added back to our inventory, our engineers give it a complete overhaul. Worn parts are replaced, which varies per machine depending on its condition and usage history. Where necessary, we also update the control software so the machine is fully up-to-date on that front as well.

Every machine is then tested on-site at our facility before being shipped to the customer. This ensures that everything functions properly before it leaves our doors. Where needed, we also refresh the machine's appearance, such as shot-blasting stainless steel components or applying a new coating, so it looks presentable on your floor. Furthermore, we take photos of the current condition of every machine, so you know exactly what to expect in advance.
