Introduction of the sales team part 1/4

Last January I started at Marcelissen and it felt familiar very quickly. I think because it is a very good match. We share the same characteristics; transparent, customer-oriented, innovative and focused on maximum success. It was nice for me to get back into a company that radiates these values in everything. When you walk in the door, you can feel that it is a company that wants to innovate and that’s a good feeling!

My role is to manage our team of Sales Consultants. My first task was to put together a team. Meanwhile, our consultancy team is compiled by 4 people; Jan Pieter, Sjors, Guus and myself. A perfect mix of qualities and experiences, which enables us to be there every day for our relations, both internally and externally. In the upcoming newsletters, the rest of the consultancy team will be introduced to you!

However, as sales department alone, we cannot achieve maximum results. That’s why, in recent months, we’ve been focusing heavily on our agent network and partnerships. We have already clarified and strengthened all these collaborations.
In addition, I wanted to draw even more attention to the power of online marketing. In order to achieve an optimal improvement of our online presence, I first started to investigate – with the help of various parties – why we do what we do and how we want to do it. Subsequently, we determined the strategy for the upcoming years. As a result of this and after a lot of work, me and my marketing colleague are now putting the finishing touches to the whole new corporate identity, all this in cooperation with Sloesen Communications. We have not only renewed our online marketing, but also our entrance, the garden, the parking lot and our new consulting room. We are ready for the next step..
