This robust roller peeler SKRT is equipped with a varying amount of carborundum rollers that together form a trough. When viewed from the middle, the rollers rotate half counterclockwise and half clockwise.

A regular product feed is very important for product quality. In addition, a constant product feed ensures that the product rolls through the trough at a low speed, so that it is evenly discharged. This construction also has the advantage that the product which has to be peeled again can be supplied again from any place on top of the machine.
A transport screw is mounted in the drum with which the dwell time can be determined. The speed of the rollers, the drum and the screw are adjustable by means of a frequency converter. The waste is discharged under the machine together with the supplied water.
