Batch Knife Peeler – SMB

The SKB 500 batch peeling machine with a knife disc of about 500 mm. For an optimum peeling result, a well-dosed filling is of great importance. The machine operates electro-pneumatically, via a PLC control cabinet, whereby the filling, knife peeling and unloading times are adjustable by means of timers.

In addition, both the knife peeling disc and the house can be changed very easily and quickly, so that minimal downtime can be realised. Capacity depends on the desired quality and peeling time. Assuming a maximum peeling time of 90 seconds, the SMB 500 is suitable for input capacities up to +/- 600 kg/hour.

The peeling waste and the used water are discharged at the bottom of the machine.
